Experience employee recruitment at the ABUS KranHaus
The “KranHaus” of ABUS in Gummersbach has been expanded to include an interactive exhibition for employee recruitment. The aim was to give potential applicants, school classes and visitors an authentic insight into the corporate culture. R211 supported the project team with visual elements and motifs that bring the ABUS brand world to life in the space.
Make corporate values playfully tangible
In times of an increasing shortage of skilled workers, topics such as satisfaction, further training, and health promotion are becoming the focus. The concept of the exhibition aims to make the working world of ABUS tangible and create an emotional connection. Visitors should directly feel what the company stands for – and what it is like to be part of the team.

The implementation focused on a modular exhibition system. The “ABUS VITAL” module playfully conveys content related to health and ergonomics. Interactive exhibits such as a reaction wall or a mini-golf course put physical well-being in the foreground. The “ABUS TEAM” module presents career opportunities – visually prepared with large-format motifs, illustrations and information graphics.

The exhibition functions as a meeting place where employees, applicants and interested groups alike feel welcome. The use of design elements from the Corporate Design ensures consistency with the brand world. In this way, ABUS’s Employer Branding is strengthened in the long term – authentic, inviting and future-oriented.
